We believe that music is a cultural universal, first appearing with the rise of the earliest human societies in prehistory. Access to music, therefore, is a human right, and we carry that belief forward within the communities where we live and work. This new ticket program is the next step in our mission to enrich all lives through music.

–College/Graduate Students: $10 ADMISSION
–Under 30: DEEPLY REDUCED TICKET PRICE, AVERAGING A 40% DISCOUNT
–Prelude Society: MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE DISCOUNTED FOR PEOPLE UNDER 40
This program is designed to eliminate barriers and make live symphonic music more accessible to young adults and families at large. As the only professional symphony of our size in the region, it is important for us to remain reachable in our community. We live our mission through inviting environments that are accessible to all, and by representing our diverse community on our stages, and in our programming, audiences, and activities.

A longtime trumpet player and music afficionado, Reuter is especially passionate about creating access to music for youth and people from rural communities. “That’s why First Interstate is investing in programs like this,” Reuter explained. “To help open doors and create experiences that might otherwise feel out of reach.”
